MISSION

The mission of the Civil Engineering Academy provides professional assistance and resources through the broad cross section of its membership. With this assistance the Department of Civil Engineering will continue to provide superior academic and professional training for future civil engineers.

VALUES

People – The faculty, staff and students of Texas Tech University are the strength of the Civil Engineering Department. Their knowledge, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and honesty are the windows through which both the Academy and the Department of Civil Engineering are judged.

Graduates – Graduates of the Texas Tech University Civil Engineering Department are the product of the efforts of the University as assisted by the Academy. Their quality establishes our worth to the community.
